Rediscovering our truth

What can wound an inner child? A dashing of  hope. A placement of limitations. A sense of separation and abandonment.

We are perfect. We are born knowing what the world should be. We are intimately aware of oneness. It is though, the harsh realities of life on earth, of having the indignities of the ego thrust upon us from those in our life that we lose sight of these things. These things are not fully gone, they are simply covered over by blankets that hide the truth, the  light.

Over time, this light is hidden, but on a deeper level, not forgotten. This light still shines; however muted it may be by all these layers. Over time, we begin to question the life of the ego that we are embroiled in. We begin to examine these blankets and question their validity. One by one, we begin to remove these layers, peeling them away, one and  then the next and  next until we uncover that light of truth of who we are.

When we are born, we are still very aware of our team of divine helpers and the fact that  we have a mission and a purpose  on the earth. Because we know it, we assume that those in our life know it too. It confuses us that they do not act as though they know it. They seem to act in ways that are counterproductive to achieving their purpose. They ignore the help and guidance offered by the divine helpers. This is confusing.

These people are our caregivers. They must know best. They must know the truth. Because we rely  on  them so heavily, they must know the truth, know what’s best. Their thoughts and ideas become our own.  We are now enculturated. We are now a part of this society. Slowly our awareness of the divine truth of ourselves gives way to the projections of society. Now we are what society needs us to be and what it expects of us.

Now the burden of rediscovering our truth is on us. But is it a burden? The peeling away of these blankets to get back to that core light can be both thrilling  and exciting, can it  not be? The process of discovering, the process of stumbling upon answers and then figuring out the question that fits it. This can be thrilling!

What do we learn of ourselves and of society if we do not go through this process of discovery? This is what it means to incarnate and be present on the earth. In this way, we achieve balance. We achieve balance between our divine self and our earthly self. What we learn on the earth becomes our soul. This soul, and its knowledge and wisdom contributes to the knowingness of all beings of the universe. This is The Silence. This creates a universal strength. In the reality of oneness, the wisdom of one is the wisdom and strength of all.

As Light Workers, we somtimes inflict pain

Sometimes for others to learn lessons that we come into their life to teach them, we must be agents of pain to them. We set ourselves up to be unpopular in their eyes. This is neither fortunate nor unfortunate. It is simply what we signed up to be, signed up to do. We are the light workers, their hierophants, the teachers, and the way showers. Sometimes theirs is glory in what we do. Sometimes there is not. This matters only to the ego. Intrinsically, it makes no difference.

We do it because this is who we are and what our mission is. Often, this is a mission we grow into. We must go through our own trials and tribulations in order to arrive at this point. Once we arrive, the lessons we offer to others come fast and furious. One after another, sometimes occurring several simultaneously.

This has an effect on us. It is an effect that we must teach ourselves to handle and to accept. It can feel like an energy drain at times. We have to go through a variety of emotions in order to facilitate these lessons for these others. These emotions are sometimes joyous, but often painful. We must learn to disassociate ourselves from this.

We much do our best to remain disattached to our students, and to not identify with the pain we will feel on their behalf. We must remind ourselves, this is for them. We agreed to help. We agreed to facilitate this growth for them. It is okay to feel what we feel. We are so very 100 percent supported in our role. We mustn’t shirk from our responsibilities, for many are depending on us to do this for them.

This is their growth and their karma. It is not something to take lightly, therefore the weak are not called for this role. What does this say about who and what we are? This tells us that are infinitely strong. What else could we possibly be? Can the weak put themselves through the continued pain that we go through? We are unique entities on the earth, and our purpose is strong. \

We are powerful. We are the ones providing growth and strength for our others. Our star qualities must shine bright, for what else do we have that is ours alone? Our students may not be on the level of ego awareness to know who we truly are to them. They may see us as undesirable and detestable.

This is okay. This just means the lesson is integrating. This means we are to them who we are needed to be. Somewhere in the negativity need for us, what they are meant to get from us is being gotten. Mission accomplished. Who’s next? Who else can we help? Who else can we help along the path to enlightenment?

Your way is not a pre-blazed path

Pay attention to what you feel in your heart. This is fundamental. This is your truth. What is it that you are doing when you feel a surge of energy generating outward from your heart? What is it that you are engaged in? You are reaching others in your way. Your way is not a pre-blazed path. You are blazing your own path, and in so doing, you are reaching the right people. You cannot reach the life of everybody, nor should you try. All you can do is continue to express your star quality, to shine, and allow those who benefit from you be drawn to you and to find you. Don’t try to reach these. Just be who you are without hesitation or procrastination and those who will benefit will find you and become fixed in your orbit. The more you endeavor to shine, the more you will find this to be true. Continue as you have been. This is what you should put your energies towards. Steady momentum will grow. Seek no accolades. Seek no followers. Do not dwell in or be influenced by the ego. Do for yourself. Engage in no competitions. Just be and allow others to find you.  Do this and allow for the amazement that will follow. Although no accolades are sought, appreciation will be found. Let this be your reward. It is a noble and good reward, as you will see.

A message about 12/21/12

We are the chosen ones to be on the planet at this time in the unfolding of history. We are on the ones experiencing and bringing about the changes that create the earth as a Golden Sphere. The earth now becomes a Golden Sphere where ALL are enlightened. This is true! Experience those around and celebrate together as eyes are opened and spirits are awakened spontaneously.

This is the new meaning of life. This is what “Heaven on Earth” truly means. This is how the Earth will now be experienced. It is rapidly shifting into a true paradise. What is the meaning of “Paradise?” Paradise means all beings living in harmony with each other, celebrating one another’s uniqueness and accomplishments. To appreciate, and see through the veil of one another. Paradise means ego falls away and now we are truly one.

Ego is a barrier between the Oneness of beings. Paradise is this ego barrier crumbling and falling and now we experience the intrinsic truth of who we are collectively. This is the Golden Age. It is the intrinsic knowing and appreciating each and every being on the planet. This is Paradise.

The shift to this paradigm is officially underway. We are each agents of this shift by simply allowing for it. This is good. This has been worth the strife and the wars and the turmoils that brought us here. Embrace. Celebrate. Appreciate. This is when it all really gets good.

You all in your way brought us here, so now you will be rewarded with an overwhelming sense of peace and contentment and spontaneous understanding of what is real and true about others around you.

We speak of veils being lifted between us and the other side, but these veils are being lifted from between one another because this divinity and grace we speak of are within us all. Now, veils gone, we see and appreciate the inner truth of one another. This is the Golden Age. Here we are.

When communicating with spirit

That it is in your heart is the only thing that matters. When communicating with spirit, when praying, when showing gratitude to the divine, it need not be said out loud. It certainly need not be said out loud in the presence of others who will hear you. To say it out loud for others to hear only serves your own infantile ego. If it is in your heart, it is felt. Be leery of those who speak boastfully of their spiritual ideas. True spirituality, true connection to the divine has no attachment to the ego. True spirituality is one on one communication between spirit and human. It does not need validation. It does not need attention from others.

Silence as a Cathedral

Imagine Silence to be a great hall, a giant cathedral, a divine meeting place, a great museum. Enter this space with reverence. Appreciate its beauty. Stand in awe of its splendor. Explore with respect, displaying the dignity that such sacredness is entitled to. Discover what is to be found. Enjoy what is to be found. Enjoy what is to be offered. Open your eyes to this space. Open your ears. There is such grandness here. This place is good. This place is perfect. Why not leave it as it is? Why bring your own objects with you to fill it? Why use it as your personal storage space, filling it with your junk and your residue of pointless thought forms and old attitudes? Why come into this space with a preconceived idea of what you hope to find there? If you bring anything with you into this divine space, you are degrading it of its divinity, turning it instead into a dreadful den of the mundane. You are reducing it to the nothingness of “just anywhere.” Enter Silence with reverence. Appreciate this space. Enjoy it. It is a place and a space for knowledge, not just another place for you to expand your junk collection. This is verbal junk. The junk so any humans can’t live without. This is the display of the ego, the desperate grab for validation. Silence does not validate. Silence is a realm. It allows you to explore your inner rooms, the corners and crannies of your soul. You must be light to make this exploration. You cannot do it with the weight and burdens of thoughts and words weighing you down. Leave Silence as is. Do not fill it. It needs not to be filled. Explore. Enjoy. Appreciate.

The Stranger that is “Tomorrow”

Often, we say that life will be better when… be better when… we wait until conditions are such that we believe contentment and fulfillment will follow. We look beyond what is right here right now to fill in gaps that we perceive. These gaps are akin to emptiness that some future event will fill in and bring with it perfection and complete contentment. As long as we continue to do this, there will always be something missing. As long as there is something missing, we will never allow ourselves to experience true happiness. What we must do is take the power out of someday, tomorrow, the future, and recognize the perfection of life right now this minute. Why surrender the power of this minute and hand it over to some unseen, unknown, unknowable yet to be? The future doesn’t know you the way you know yourself in the moment right here, right now. Why hand over control of something as important as your happiness to the stranger that is “tomorrow?” Recognize right now, the beauty and perfection of right now. This is your gift to yourself. Keep it. It is yours.

“Perfection”

“Perfection” is impossible to achieve, for it is based solely on an intellectualized idea of what we hope for in a situation. The minute this strays from our projection, we experience disappointment. So what is “perfection?” What is “perfect?” These words are simply ideas. They have no intrinsic meaning or value. The quest for perfection will always dead end in disappointment. Save yourself this heartache by accepting things as they are. Develop criteria for what is acceptable and unacceptable based on your own value system and view things from within this range. “Perfection” creates rigidity. Soften. Do not be so rigid. Allow for other ideas to influence your view and your attitude. “Perfection” dilutes. “Perfection” deteriorates. It is the erosion of the soul. Don’t seek it. Don’t thrive for it. Just be.

Society as an Ant Colony

Somebody must do the grunt work. Somebody must do the mundane tasks that keep society afloat. Not everybody is here to “succeed”. Not everybody is here to rise above. Some really are here just to pour the drinks. Just to push the buttons. Just to assemble the pieces. Just to pick up the trash. Not that these people do not serve their purpose, mind you. After all, somebody’s got to pour the drinks. Somebody’s got to push the buttons. Somebody’s got to assemble the pieces. Somebody’s got to pick up the trash. It’s like an ant colony, isn’t it? There are those who simply do the work so that the others can flourish. It is simple, but it is true. Not everybody is here to be impressive, but to do the work that keeps the impressive going, so they can focus on their contributions to the world, society, and the universe without worrying about pouring the drinks, pushing the buttons, assembling the pieces or picking up the trash. It’s what they were born for. It’s why they are here. It’s not that this is all they can be, but this is what their life is about. We all must have an unimpressive life time. There are lessons to be gained in this subjugation. There is energy to be absorbed that will lead to eventual perfection. Don’t ever judge a person by their position in life, or what you feel their life is or isn’t about.. Just because they are unimpressive to you does not mean they are unimportant, unless you want to pour the drinks, push the buttons, etc. Appreciate what these people are going through and appreciate what their life is all about. Stay focused on your own life and your own issues. Let these people focus on theirs.

(This is a thought that came to me going for a walk in Zhangjiagang, China and watching the street workers doing their jobs picking up trash)
