The Emperor is very grounded. When it appears, depending on its place in the reading, consider that you either are in need of grounding, or you are grounded.
Fly high as a being of light while simultaneously remaining grounded with both feet rooted into the earth. It’s a tricky task, but not impossible.
Some people need a crowd. They can blend in. Not be noticed. Just get lost in the anonymity of it. Others seek solitude. They will be seen when they are apart. This is their passage to identity.
An empath must keep his or her feet on the ground, more so than most other people. They are much more susceptible to drifting away, carried by the thought forms of the others and the anothers. Empaths must be careful of this.
Release all feelings of inferiority. This is an aspect of the Emperor card. Understand your own power. Embracing your own power. Emerging as a Warrior butterfly from the cocoon. This does not mean a need to dominate others, no that would an act of the ego. We are speaking of a simple understanding of your own power as you relate to yourself and how you relate to others. Understand the wave you ride, the energetic wave. What do you uniquely contribute to the collective whole? How does your individual and unique self contribute to the collective consciousness? This is your Emperor quality. What do you uniquely leave behind in The Silence for others to pick up? This too, is your Emperor quality.
Do not rely on old beliefs, patterns, and ways of doing things. See that crutches are used by the weak. Crutches are there for those unable to carry on without such support. The Emperor finds strength within himself without the use of flimsy support systems.
