None of us are alone on the planet. We all must share space with others. That is just a simple truth. Here’s what happens- we have ideas. We often project these ideas onto others. We have attitudes. We project these attitudes onto others. We generate thought forms that others must live with. We emit energy that others are picking up on. Some of us are highly sensitive to these things, and we feel them so much stronger than others. As we are doing these things, whether consciously or not, others are doing the same. We are constantly living in the energetic soup that we co-create simply by being alive. Sometimes, this can be a bit much for any of us. Sometimes for the sake of our own sanity, we must put ourselves first. This is not a greedy or selfish thing to do. This is a basic human survival thing to do. As much as we are there for others, as most of us are, sometimes we just need to focus on our self. That is something to do today. Do what you can to escape the energy bubbles created by others, and be in your own space. You will thank yourself for this one small gift. Do it.
